For 40 years, local families have invited Hospice of Amador & Calaveras into their homes, and to their loved ones’ bedsides, to provide compassionate care for patients living with a terminal illness.As a non-profit agency, they are free to emphasize quality of life, and have never turned away a patient for inability to pay. Hospice of Amador & Calaveras is an independent, non-profit healthcare provider of end-of-life care and spiritual and psychological support to patients facing a terminal illness. Grief support services are available as a free resource to the entire community, including children.
