Children learn about the world and themselves through play. It nurtures their bodies, minds, and spirits. Alexandra's Playground was founded in 2009 to bring safe and active play into the daily lives of children, especially those growing up in underserved communities. With children spending less time being active than any other generation, their work gives more children a place for safe and active play in their own community.
