A few months ago, we shared our dear friend chef Ralph Pagano's story of survival . After suffering severe burns in a kitchen explosion in Bimini in June 2017, Ralph discussed the lessons he learned and how his priorities have changed since. With a second chance at life, Ralph found a new understanding of the importance of family, and has learned that he wants to fit his career into his life, rather than fitting his life into his career.
