Stars for Change: Jane Fonda Helps Reduce Teen Pregnancy by 60 Percent

Jane Fonda and her Georgia Campaign for Adolescent Power and Potential or G-CAPP, were honored recently for the actress’s twenty year efforts in helping reduce teen pregnancy in the state of Georgia — down by nearly 60 percent. The Balancing Act’s Julie Moran attended the festivities at Atlanta’s historic St. Regis Hotel where an evening dinner fundraising event raised nearly two-million dollars. Attendees include Ted Turner, Dr. Sanjay Gupta, and former Surgeon General M. Joycelyn Elders. The Balancing Act airs weekdays on Lifetime Television at 7:30am Eastern and Pacific.
