Ladies Who Lunch

If you work, you know how difficult it can be to get out of the office for even a quick lunch.

One more phone call, that extra report, even with the best of intensions…. if you work, you know how difficult it can be to get out of the office for even a quick lunch.

Here’s a step by step guide to bringing a Yakisoba macaroni salad lunch to the office:

o Select Your Favorite Yakisoba Noodle Bowl from your Home Pantry
o Add Flavor Packet #1
o Add one cup of water
o Cook in microwave oven for 3-4 minutes
o While bowls are cooking, chip up some diced red pepper, celery, and carrots
o After noodles are cooked, add them to a bowl for mixing
o Add flavor packet #2, add veggies and mayo to taste
o Transfer the macaroni salad to a portable container and refrigerate for several hours or even overnight!

Remember, it’s important to break for lunch, it will help you stay focused for the afternoon!
