You can’t sleep. You tried counting sheep. You are restless, maybe even tried to take sleeping pills. This lack of sleep can take a toll on a person’s everyday life, adults need up to 8 hours of uninterrupted sleep at night in order to feel energized the next day. Over a period of time if this can affect our health. Research has shown that lack of sleep can lead to:
