Roasted Chicken (Fusion of Greek and Italian)
2 oz. chopped asparagus
2 oz. chopped white asparagus
2 oz. smoked gouda cheese
2 oz. roasted pine nuts
1 oz. chopped fresh basil
6 oz. sliced marinated chicken breast
2 oz. olive oil
1 oz. feta cheese
1 oz. chopped kalamata olives
pinch of sugar, salt, pepper
1 package Yakisoba Roast Chicken noodles
Marinate chicken for 1 hour in refrigerator and then roast in oven for 10 minutes on 350. Remove from oven, slice and add to rest of ingredients. Sauté for 5 minutes or until vegetable tender. Serve over noodles.
