The Balancing Act’s correspondent, Amber Milt, meets the new Dorothy, Sarah Lasko as she tries on the iconic gingham dress for the first time at the Troika Costume Shop. (For this Maryland native, there really is no place like home!) Plus, she meets actress, Shani Hadjian, who’s breathing new life into one of the most reviled characters of stage and screen: The Wicked Witch of the West.
