In today’s job market, it pays to reinforce the message to our teens…BE PERSISTANT!  My teen age daughter has been pounding the streets and applying online in search of a part time job, to no avail.  Today she got a call back from Saks and she was thrilled.  It was really exciting to see her realize,  the resume she labored over was viewed online and they want to meet her for an interview.  I am biased, but I know she will get the job!
